This is another one of my favourite healthy dip recipes from Julie Montague’s Superfoods cook book. Another one of my favourites from her book is this Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric Dressing recipe.
She’s spiced up your average hummus recipes into something really special. These are the perfect alternative dips to impress guests, family or to just store in your fridge whenever you fancy a snack. They’re delicious, healthy and add a fantastic splash of colour to any meal.
These recipes are so easy to make too, all you need to do is chuck everything in to a food processor. They make the perfect dips for carrots, celery and cucumber, or spread over wholegrain bread. As Julie suggests, you can even spread it on top of chicken to jazz up a regular meat dish.
